Health and Wellbeing at Churchdown Surgery Glos

As a recent member of the Health Champions at Churchdown Surgery in Gloucestershire, its a huge honour to be delivering the Mindfulness Sessions each first Saturday in the month. You will need a referral from your Social Prescriber to attend these sessions, so don’t forget to book in with Rachel (rachel.hodges-cox@nhs.net) if you live in the catchment area
