The Art of Less Stress is an opportunity to experience the approaches of formal Mindfulness and Meditation practice. Incorporating MBSR – Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and MBCT for Life.  

Gain insight into the pathway of lifestyle change with improved Health and Wellbeing training. Lynsey will be guiding you through a short meditation and sharing some insight into the benefit of living more mindfully.  Your journey will be supported by weekly face to face sessions, home practice, specific mp3 recordings, Handbook and Attitude Cards. This can lead to a certificate in foundation course toward teacher training or maybe you are just interested in personal growth.

Whatever you choose, full support is available through ongoing supervision and a study group.
